Shipping & Delivery
U.S. Shipping and Processing Charges
We almost always ship orders within two business days using the United States Postal Service and Fedex. You will see available shipping options and their prices on the second page of checkout, after you have entered your address information on the first page. All in stock orders are shipped from Miami and should be received within 3–10 business days.
We cannot ship to PO boxes. We can ship only to physical addresses.
Once Bubalu Online has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss for the merchandise. Bubalu Online keeps tracking numbers for all Fedex orders and delivery confirmation receipts for all domestic USPS orders. You can find this information on the receipt that is emailed to you. But if for some reason it is not there, please request this information from us.
If you do not pick up or make delivery arrangements for a Fedex or USPS package that we have sent you and it gets returned to us, we will subtract the original shipping charge and any return shipping charge from your refund. We will also subtract from your refund any customs fees, duties, or taxes for both the original and return shipments.
If you decide to refuse a shipment from Bubalu Online, you are responsible for the original shipping and handling fees, the cost of returning the package to Bubalu Online, and any customs fees, duties, brokerage fees, or taxes for both the original and return shipments. We will subtract these charges from your refund.
Sales Tax for Florida Residents
As required by law, we add 7.00% percent sales tax on merchandise and shipping to all deliveries within Florida.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
